Sava Scraps will be moving. I am going to get a specific Sava Scraps blog and this will go back to a personal blog. So be on the look out for a new link.
Also, the Justmommies Blog Train is together again and working a new kit for the new year. Release date as of right now is January 14th, 2009! So keep an eye out for that too!

I took some time for myself tonight and let my creative juices flow. I did my October Desktop for the Digital Candy Desktop Challenge. I decided to use pictures of AJ from last Halloween. It turned out better than I thought it would.
My second page was from when we were evacuated from Hurricane Ike in Texarkana, Arkansas. We ended up still getting some effects from Ike up there and were without power for 12+ hours. We spent a lot of time out on the front porch of the house Tony’s granddad and father built together while my father-in-law was in college. The dog in the picture is my in-laws Pomeranian-Yorkie mix dog.
Keep an eye out for October 1st – my portion of the Train isn’t going to be as good as I wanted it to be, but with the evacuation, getting back to a normal schedule after not having power and everything, I haven’t had much time or creativity to put toward it. Next time I hope to have more time and less interuptions.
